A non-linear life, in which you pursue several passions intentionally, isn't a compromise. It's where meaning and fulfilment come from.
But it's easy to feel scattered, behind, and overwhelmed.
Over four weeks, this cohort coaching programme will help you analyse what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can get paid for.
Then a 1:1 coaching session will guide you to turn it all into a perfectly balanced, inspiring direction for your year ahead.
Whether it's launching your side-project, refining your hobby craft, refocusing your ambitions at work, or carving out more time for family - you'll know exactly what you're doing next, and why.

"With a book about to launch, and a creative project to follow, Adam helped me unravel a complex web of opportunities and align all parts of my potential future. I am forever in his debt for his generosity, encouragement and discipline.

Writer, Founder, Product Head
"Adam is such a great listener who knew exactly where to poke to guide me to more clarity. His coaching has reaffirmed my confidence as a generalist and strengthened my understanding of where I can make a real difference.
You probably have:
A leadership or founder role at a nonprofit, social enterprise, media org
An idea for a small lifestyle or creative business (maybe)
Years of hard work behind something you believe in
Rejected hustle culture and toxic productivity
A side project, a craft, or a creative habit you're not willing to give up
Serious family or life commitments that rule out "dropping out"
The overwhelming sense that you are doing too much.
Guilt for not "excelling" at being a parent, partner, friend, or colleague
The feeling that others are always ahead of you
Had someone call you a generalist, multipotentialite, multipassionate, multi-hyphenate person at some point
You are not:
Trying to escape through quiet quitting or the Bali creator fantasy
Looking for one singular professional and personal identity
Afraid of several things running in parallel
Reluctant to commit to four weeks with real accountability
Scared of being vulnerable in front of peers
A hustle bro (sorry, my dude, but this ain't for you)

Building a meaningful life doesn't mean choosing between your work and everything else that makes you who you are. A life built intentionally across several things isn't a compromise. It's where meaning and fulfilment come from.
Given how unstable everything else feels right now (AI, economics, politics, everything!), I believe building a non-linear life is the best possible investment you can make into your own future.
Built from 700+ hours of coaching experience (and my study of 100s of productivity and strategy models), my framework will help you map out everything you're doing, before working through what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can get paid for. Then we'll turn it into a plan for the year ahead.
This is coaching, not a course. You're working directly with me. Four real-time group video calls will introduce you to the concepts with examples from my life, allow you to ask questions, and prompt you to better results.
On video calls and an asynchronous community platform, you'll work alongside a small group of people who are each figuring out their own version of a non-linear life. I hand-pick every cohort participant to ensure you get inspiration, perspective, and energy from others doing exactly the same work in parallel.
Between sessions, you'll get homework to work through and personal feedback from me by email. If something comes up before the next call, you can email me directly and I’ll offer my support and give further reading if you need it.
Once the group work is done, we meet one-to-one to go deeper on what's specific to your situation. You'll leave with a written action plan, a personalised reading list, and a concrete direction for your year, with a sense of clarity and purpose.
You've got questions. I've got answers. (Maybe).
Each cohort is carefully curated to offer a blend of different people with complimentary roles, backgrounds, aspirations, and skills. I pick people based on their ability to work together, support one another, and building lasting bonds.
To be transparent about how I think about this: you'll get around 10 hours of direct support across the cohort. That's four group calls, a 1:1 session, and ongoing email feedback. My usual coaching rate starts at €350/hour, so on a straight hourly basis this works out significantly cheaper than the equivalent in 1:1 sessions, on top of everything else (the group, the materials, the ongoing access).
I also keep a small number of spots at reduced price or pro bono in every cohort I run. If price is a genuine barrier, email me and we'll work something out.
Once everyone's signed up, I'll find times that work for the group as a whole. And if you ever can't make a live call, every session is recorded, so you won't miss anything. If you sign up and then really can't make any of the session times provided, you'll get you money back, no questions asked.
If, after the first group call, you really decide that this isn't for you, I'll give you 100% of your money back.
No problem. Once you head to the checkout, there's an option that allows you to spread the payment over three months.
After we're finished, I'll send you an action plan and a personalised reading list. You'll continue to have access to my VIP community area to ask questions and connect with your cohort members, as well as my full Theory of Change newsletter archive.

I built this framework and coaching package for myself originally.
I spent years living across the world, building a non-linear life, pursuing multiple interests, without realising it.
I loved a lot of it. I worked in arts and film as a producer, led journalism and technology at Storyful and News Corp, ran a nonprofit at the European Journalism Centre, and spent years fundraising for causes I believed in, raising over $30m and distributing more than $15m in grants along the way.
But when I became a father at 40, after a five-year IVF journey, I needed a way to actually work out what mattered (what I loved, what I was good at, what the world needed, what would keep the lights on) instead of just feeling pulled in six directions at once.
And I realised I’d drifted away from doing things that sustained me - writing, music, filmmaking, and running - in order to serve a professional identity that didn't really fit.
So I built the framework that became this coaching, used it on my own life first, and only later started guiding other people through it.
These days I'm a coach, adviser, writer, YouTuber, ambient musician, trail runner, and father. I’m always working on several things at once, on purpose, and I’ve found a way to keep them in balance. I've since since spent 700+ hours coaching people living exactly this kind of life from founders, philanthropists, and nonprofit execs, to published authors, professional musicians and creators.
